Monthly Income & Expense Tracker

This is an optional module that will allow you to create and track invoices.

Invoice Example (click on the picture to enlarge). Your invoice may contain your company logo. Using the column header line as your guide, the invoice may be folded to fit properly in a #10 window envelope.

Invoicing Main Screen. The invoicing main screen is represented by a grid of open (not paid) and closed (paid) invoices. You may control the types of invoices to display. Invoices are displayed in a reverse invoice number order, so that your most recent invoices are listed first. Grayed-out invoices are paid invoices. You may print the Invoice Receivables report from this screen. (This report may be viewed, printed, or emailed.)

Invoicing Edit Screen. All of your customers are stored for easy reuse. You may assign invoice terms and limits to each customer. These values may be overridden on an invoice-by-invoice basis. There are no limits to the number of lines an invoice may contain. You are in complete control of the order in which your invoice detail lines appear. Tax is automatically calculated for those line items that are marked as taxable. Payments against invoices are posted on this screen and will be reflected in your income grid and on the invoice.

How To Order the Invoicing Module

All orders for the Invoicing Module are done through the Costs screen. If you are a current registered user of the Monthly Income & Expense Tracker software, then you will need to make sure that you are on at least version 5.2000. Upgrades may be downloaded and applied from the Upgrade screen.
